BR-AG has accomplished development of the XBRL taxonomy for the Danish Commerce and Companies Agency
The Danish Commerce and Companies Agency (DCCA) is an Agency under the Danish Ministry of Economic and Business Affairs. It is the official place of registration and administration of legislation on Danish businesses. It also gathers and publishes business information on registered entities.
The taxonomy has been developed according to the Danish Annual Accounts Act as of 27 December 2008 and the Danish Executive Order on Approved Auditor’s Reports as of 26 June 2008 complemented with the common practice information recognized by the Danish Commerce and Companies Agency. The framework contains also a set of extension concepts that can be used to provide annual accounts information to the Statistics Denmark and the Danish Tax Authority.
