BR-AG continues education on XBRL in Chile

Business Reporting – Advisory Group and the Chilean Diario Financiero Conferencias together with Reporting Standard are organizing a Workshop XBRL on 1-2 of December in Santiago with the view of supporting local listed companies in fulfilling the SVS (the Chilean Securities and Insurance Supervisor) requirements of XBRL reporting. 

The Chilean Securities and Insurance Supervisor (Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros) is passing on to the next level of its IFRS-XBRL project setting up the mandatory XBRL SVS reporting. According to the SVS decision all the listed companies are required to provide their IFRS financial statements in XBRL format starting from 1st January 2010.
